Madhurima Tuli Takes A Stand For Animals During Holi; Actress Says, ‘Some Do It Out Of Pure Ignorance, Some Do It Intentionally’
Madhurima Tuli is one of the most loved and appreciated actresses in the Indian entertainment industry. Yes, we are all aware of her acting talent and potential. However, that's not the only reason why she's so loved immensely by one and all. One of her greatest assets in life is her ability to take a stand and speak up whenever it's needed and it is that proactiveness that makes her a favourite of one and all. Being a huge animal lover, Madhurima is someone who always voices her opinion and acts strongly in favour of animal welfare and against any form of cruelty that happens against them.

Talking about cruelty against animals, one form of 'cruelty' which often many people don't realise is an act of cruelty is colouring animals on Holi. Yes that's right. While some do it out of lack of knowledge and pure ignorance about its harmful effects, some do it intentionally to trouble the animals. Either way, it is always the animal who's always bearing the brunt for the same. That's why, ahead of Holi, Madhurima Tuli seems quite vocal about this matter and in fact, perhaps, she's the only celebrity who's raising awareness on this important topic so early.

Reacting to the same, Madhurima Tuli said and we quote, “I keep saying this every year and as always, I will say this year as well. Please avoid putting colours on animals. Whatever be your intent, it is important that you understand that it's only harming them. The substances that are often used for the preparation of colours are always harmful and toxic for their skin and that can result in a lot of complications in their body. While I am not against anyone and their celebrations, all I am asking is not to involve animals in your celebration because they are neither aware of what's happening and neither have they called for it. So let's be a little more compassionate and sensible in terms of how we celebrate our festivals without being completely blindfolded in the act of joy and excitement. That's my only humble request to one and all.”

Well, kudos to Madhurima Tuli for always being a vocal and sensible human being when it comes to animal welfare and taking a stand for them every time.

On the work front, Madhurima Tuli has interesting things going forward, the official announcements of which will happen soon as per the ideal timelines. Stay tuned for more updates.
