Mahika Sharma On Speaking To Her Mom After 2 Years, ‘We Spoke, We Cried, I Felt She Called Me By Mistake’
TV actress Mahika Sharma is once again in news and this time not for her antics. The TV actress, who was earlier reported to be working with adult star Danny D in 2018, revealed that her mother spoke to her after 2 years amid the Coronavirus scare. Mahika is stuck in the UK, while his mother manages the family business in Assam. Mahika was once rumoured to be in a relationship with Danny. During her latest interview, Sharma opened up how she thought her mother mistakenly called her after 2 years to know if she’s doing fine amid COVID-19.

Speaking about their virtual reunion, Mahika tok HT, “She called a few days back. I received and said sorry. We cried on call. I felt it was by mistake but she spoke to me. I was blessed. I asked her to let me justify myself but it was not required.. She trusted me from inside. We swapped to video call. It was very emotional but as they say, time is the medicine and cure to every hurt. I’m feeling recovered and healthy.”

She further revealed the reason how things escalated so much and her mother stopped talking to her. Mahika said, “It was family and friends who, out of jealousy, created differences between us. I was in Mumbai. The news was out and before I could justify myself to her, my mother was taken away by society and family. It was a difficult situation for us as my dad was also not here... he passed away in 2015.”

She also said, “It was back in 2018 that this happened. There was a rumour suggesting that I was in a relationship with my friend Danny D. However, he is happily married and we are just friends. He is a nice person and we respect each other most.”
