Paras Chhabra and Mahira Sharma recently made it to the headlines as they stepped out of their homes to distribute and donate food to the needy. In times of Quarantine, the Bigg Boss 13 stars did their bit and came out to extend their support. A 21-days lockdown has been imposed in India, due to which a lot of people are unable to fulfill their basic needs. Paras and Mahira extended a helping hand to those, however, they got criticised too. Paras and Mahira shared the video of social media and people called it a publicity stunt. Now, Mahira has shared that she doesn't care about what trolls say.

In an interview, Mahira stated, "For me, donating basic essentials is a gesture to show that I CARE. I care for all those who are helpless at this time, all those who are unable to support themselves and their families." She also stated, "t's convenient to sit in front of the Social Media and monitor others to judge and comment on others and their actions but it is difficult to come out and help those in pain, feed them, and comfort them. I am using my social media to encourage and motivate people to help each other rather than making funny videos on alcohol and making a mockery of this situation. Others' vulnerability is not funny," as reported by Latestly.

In the video shared by Mahira, we could see the two BB 13 stars handing over bags to the needy. She had captioned this video as, "We do understand most of you think it is showoff and we respect your views. Even we believe that donation is something we do from our heart and there shouldn’t be any evidence of the same. But honestly it was an genuine effort to motivate people to do their bit in these trying times. We are all in this together guys. We have a shared purpose. That’s all we would want to say right now. Stay positive and stay safe! We will get through this...together! @parasvchhabrra."
