It was Ekta Kapoor's birthday yesterday and many actors from the industry took to their social media platform to wish the lady on her special day.
Pearl V Puri, who has worked in Balaji's two most popular shows- Naagin 3 and Bepanha Pyaar, spoke to us exclusively about Ekta. The actor who is quite close to her today, had some interesting details to share about their first meet.
"We had gone for a narration at Ekta Ma'am's house. So, that was the first time I met her and I was nervous as shuru shuru mein har kisi ki ek image bani hoti hai. And I had an image that she is very strict. So, I was sitting there quietly and trying to behave all good, so that she doesn't get angry at anything. But later, I realised she is such a sweetheart. Koi gussa nahi, kuch nahi and she was so grounded. If you have made a mistake, then you are definitely gonna get an earful, but she is somebody who can make you feel comfortable within five minutes and to an extent that you will start feeling that you know her from an eternity," said Pearl.
The actor also expressed his wishes for the producer and added, "I wish all the happiness for her. Though she has everything in her life, yet if there is anything her heart desires, I pray to God that she gets it. And I really want to thank her for being there for me, always."
