Naagin 4 actress Sayantani Ghosh recently spoke about how she is not okay with female contestants making use of woman card as per their convenience. In a recent interview, Sayantani shared her thoughts and stated sex is not an issue when it comes to dealing with an act of violence. Violence against anyone should be condemned, she says.
In an interview with Time Of India, Sayantani revealed that she does not follow Bigg Boss 13, however, through word of mouth and social media, she has got to know that the latest season is very violent. She then spoke about feminism and equality for women and said, "A lot of women are conveniently playing a woman card. Where they feel, 'arey ek ladki ko kaise dhaka maar diya'. I have an objection to that. What do you mean by 'ek ladki ko dhaka kaise maar diya'. Problem hona chahiye dhaka maarne se. Sex is not the issue, it is the act. It is an act of violence that should be condemned." We agree!
Sayantani Ghosh revealed that Devoleena Bhattacharjee is a good friend and she wants her to excel. Talking about Shayantani Ghosh's character in Naagin 4, she will be going to seen as a snake in this drama. Earlier, she has played a Naagin in Naaginn-Waadon Ki Agniparikshaa. The show also stars Jasmin Bhasin and Nia Sharma.
