Actor Raqesh Bapat’s father Major Padmakar Bapat is no more. The ex-contestant of the dance reality show Nach Baliye took to his social media account to share the sad news of his father’s demise. The cause of his father's death is yet unknown. He shared a black-and-white picture of his father on his account where his father is seen smiling and wrote some heartfelt words paying a tribute to him.
While sharing the picture, he captioned it as, “We will miss you Major. Padmakar Bapat. Baba, today as you begin your journey into the other world , we all terribly miss you. Your values and blessings will continue to guide us for life. Rest in peace.” Soon after the sad was announced, his followers started pouring in some condolences while his friends and TV celebs too offered condolences. Sanaya Irani also commented on his post saying, “Rest in Peace uncle. May strength be with the family.” While Bigg Boss ex-contestant and Kishwer Merchant’s boyfriend Suyyash Rai also commented saying, “So sorry to hear this bhai. rip baba.” Smita Gondkar said, “So sorry for your loss.. Deepest condolences to the whole family.. may his soul rest in peace…”
