Nach Baliye 9: Govinda Furious By A Bhojpuri Avatar Act; Says, “Aadat Hoti Hai Logon Mein Ki Woh Dusron Ko Zaleel Karein”

By now,everyone is aware of actor Govinda and recent digs taken at him, when it was reported that the actor turned down a role in the Hollywood fantasy sci-fi Avatar. The actor was trolled to an extent, leaving him furious and upset with the comments he received on the social media platforms. However, it seems like the actor is very much on the same page and refuses to move on.  A promo by the dance reality show Nach Baliye 9 is a proof of it.


The actor appeared on the show as a special guest with his wife Sunita Ahuja. During his presence, when one of the contestants performed a Bhojpuri version of Avatar expressing his desire to work with Govinda, it left the actor annoyed. He was heard saying people are habituated to humiliating others and upsetting others leading to heartaches. The promo was shared on the official Twitter handle of Star Plus with a caption, “The 'Avatar meets Govinda' moment which was considered to be a humour-filled act turned out to be a serious one, especially for Govinda! What will be the repercussions? Will the actor walk out or it is just another publicity stunt? Actress Raveena Tandon who is one of the judges on the show, shared how she never delivered a flop on the silver screen, whenever she was paired opposite Govinda in her career. The two even danced on their famous number Akhiyon Se Goli Maare from the movie Dulhe Raja.
