Actress Nehha Pendse, who entertained everyone with her character of Madam Sanjana in TV show May I Come In Madam?, has been approached to be a part of Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain as Anita Bhabi.
Saumya Tandon, who was essaying the role initially, bid adieu to the show after 5 years. And since then makers are hunting for an actress for her replacement. And now we have learnt that Nehha Pendse has been asked to play the part. A source informs us, "Show's producer Binaifer Kohli is keen to get Nehha Pendse on board to be the new Anita Bhabi. She has been the main lead in her previous show and finds her suitable for the role. However, the actress has not said yes to the offer till now." Nehha, whom we saw participating in the controversial reality show Bigg Boss 12, is busy enjoying her personal life these days. The beautiful actress tied the knot with Shardul Singh Bayas on January 5 this year.
Coming back to Saumya Tandon, who quit the show to do projects where she has scope for growth as an artist, had mentioned in her statement, "Bhabiji' has been a beautiful journey. Mrs. Kohli and Sanjay ji are the best producers I have come across. They have always been very supportive. I have great rapport with Mrs Kohli. I personally respect her a lot. I know my relationship with her is for life."
Binaifer Kohli too, in her statement, had praised Saumya and said, "Saumya is one of my most loved favourites. She is extremely professional and it's a pleasure to work with her. I wish her the best and look forward to working with her again. She was a happy part of my working family for many years and now my friend too.
