Netizens Are Disappointed With Sachin Shroff's Entry As New Taarak Mehta In TMKOC; User Says, ‘End The Show, Don't Ruin It’-Read Tweets
‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ is undoubtedly one of the most loved and popular shows on Indian television. Of late, the comedy sitcom has witnessed many drastic changes and new entries. The makers recently introduced actor Sachin Shroff as the new ‘Mehta Sahab’ in the show months after Shailesh Lodha quit TMKOC. However, Sachin’s entry has left several fans and netizens disappointed and upset. They took to Twitter to express their dismay.

#TMKOC is trending on the micro-blogging site with Twitterati reacting to Sachin’s entry in the show. One angry netizen tweeted, “End #TMKOC, don't ruin it. After Daya left the show lost it's touch a lot, Tapu and Sonu being replaced made a bit difference, not much. But after Covid it's too much, Sodhi, Anjali, and then Natu kaka died and now Tarrak Mehta, they all got replaced. Old episodes were gold.”

It was reported that Shailesh Lodha decided to quit the popular comedy show because he was not very happy with his contract. Earlier, Disha Vakani, Neha Mehta, Gurucharan Singh, Nidhi Bhanushali, and Bhavya Gandhi had bid goodbye to Asit Kumar Modi’s show.

Meanwhile, talking about entering TMKOC, Sachin Shroff told the media that he feels great working with the entire team as they all made him feel very comfortable on the first day of the shoot. He added that although he is new in the show, he feels like everyone is his family. Shroff also thanked Asit for giving him an opportunity to play the iconic role of Taarak and for trusting his acting skills.
