New Mom Puja Banerjee Pens A Heart-Wrenching Post Talking About Her Newborn Being In NICU Because Of Breathing Issues
TV star Puja Banerjee who recently welcomed her baby boy into this world wrote a long note describing how it was to not see her baby for a few days because he had to be kept in NICU
Recently, TV actors Puja Banerjee and Kunal Verma embraced parenthood. The lady gave birth to a baby boy on October 9 and the couple was over the moon. However, there came a pause to their happiness as their newborn was immediately shifted to the Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU) as he had breathing issues. Taking to her Instagram, Puja Banerjee penned a heartfelt note describing the ordeal they went through while the baby was in NICU. She also shared a picture with this post that showed the happy family of three.
Puja Banerjee started her post writing, "Sharing my experience. 1stly I want to thank each and every one of you who have showered their love and blessings on our lil one and sorry I could not reply all of you. This is been an extremely emotional journey for both of us as we have been through a lot in these last few days." She then shared that she had to go to the operation theatre alone as her husband was not allowed to be by her side due to COVID-19 situation.
The actress then shared that she got to see her baby only for a few seconds before he was taken to NICU. It was only on the fourth day that the couple got to see and hold their newborn as he recovered. She wrote, "The surgery started and within a few minutes I could hear his 1st cry but I could hardly see his face they took him to clean . I was thrilled and awaiting to see him for 1st time then they showed me his face finally for few seconds and said I will get to see him in the recovery room. Rest of the surgery got over and I kept waiting to see my baby properly but to my disappointment I came to know the baby was taken to NICU already cos he got some breathing issues. My heart skipped a beat and I din know how to react ." Check out her post below:
