Before Khyaal Rakhya Kar, singer Rohanpreet Singh released a peppy track, Ex Calling starring Avneet Kaur. The song became a chartbuster and the fans are listening to this song on loop but do you know the story behind him keeping the title of the song as Ex Calling? It is his wife Neha Kakkar. Talking about the same, Neha and Rohan made their first joint interview after marriage on The Kapil Sharma Show where Neha revealed that she made him unfollow an ex-girlfriend and later, he made a song on the same.
Neha revealed, “Kya hua, maine unfollow karwa diya. Inhone gaana bana liya (What happened is, I made him unfollow his ex-girlfriend, so he made a song about it).” Earlier, while sharing the glimpse of the song, Rohan penned a long note about the song and how special his wife Neha is for him. An excerpt of the note read, "Ye jo gaana hai #ExCalling ye Bhi Nehu ne hi select kiya hai because She just loved this Song. Yes She is The NEHA KAKKAR nd still she agreed to became a part of it, which is truly a blessing for me."
Neha further said that it was a strange coincidence that many of the songs that came out in recent months like Diamond Da Challa and Nehu Da Vyah had a connection to her real life as well. “Yeh jab gaana maine banaya Nehu Da Vyah, yeh maine Rohu se milne se pehle banaya tha (I made the song Nehu Da Vyah before I met Rohanpreet). I swear on my music,” Neha swore.
Singers Neha Kakkar and Rohanpreet Singh made the lockdown phase quite eventful, all thanks to the big fat wedding that happened in the month of October.
