Rajan Shahi’s most-discussed and watched show Anupamaa is all set to take a leap. The Rupali Ganguly and Gaurav Khanna starrer is getting interesting day by day. Now that Vanraj has warned the Shah family to keep their distance from Anu, it will be seen that Kinjal, Paritosh and Pari will return from abroad to celebrate the latter’s birthday. It was seen in the recent promo that Kinjal tells Baa that she wants Anu’s presence during Pari’s birthday party.

Actress Nidhi Shah has now opened up about her return to the show, weeks after she exited the track. Talking about the same, during an exclusive interview with Pinkvialla she revealed that her entry builds up the story that will be shown after the leap. She revealed that her return was crucial to create curiosity among the audience about her character. She said, “Since the show is set to leap, the story needed to be shaped up accordingly. We had to show some backstory to pad the leap. The 25-year-old actress went on to reveal that a lot of twists are to be awaited in the show, for which she had to return. She explained to the entertainment portal that she always knew her character would return, just that she didn't know it would happen this soon. She went on to add that she was very happy getting a chance to reconnect with the cast and her friend. Calling Kinjal a special character, she said, “I was never out of the character or show. The show was supposed to leap, and I was there in the leap but I'd no idea I'd return to the show so early.”

According to a recently released promo, it will be seen that Anu will move to America with any of her family members, especially Anuj and Choti. Malti Devi has been plotting against Anu and vowing to separate her from her son and granddaughter, in the past few episodes. With Kinjal’s return, it will be interesting to see how the show further progresses. The fans have been left curious to know why she decided to separate from her family. What will happen to the Kapadias, the Shahs? Will Malti Devi be successful in separating Anuj from Anu?
