Nikki Tamboli speaks about how she was different as a person before Bigg Boss 14 started, how she projected herself in the show and what advice Salman Khan gave her
Nikki Tamboli, who became a household name after her journey in Bigg Boss 14, recently credited show host Salman Khan for changing her life in one of her media interviews. The south actress who also participated in the stunt-based reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi 11 and unfortunately got evicted in the very first week opened up on how Salman Khan's suggestions helped her to do better in life. Nikki, during her journey inside the Bigg Boss 14 house, was scolded often by Khan for her misbehaviour.
Talking to SpotboyE.com exclusively, Nikki Tamboli said, "I was there in the Bigg Boss 14 for five months and I was not image conscious earlier, as people didn't know me that time. I never used to filter my words before speaking. I was very open and vocal about whatever I wanted to say. But a lot of people took it in the other way and called me rude, arrogant. But that wasn't rude, it was just me being honest. However, during my jouney, Salman sir taught me that everybody is not like us. People think the way they want to think. And then they remember you as that character. Agar aap kisiko kuch keh rahe hain khulkar aur usse ye aapka arrogance feel hua to vo bahar bhi aapke baare mein yahi message phauchayega. And if you have got such a huge platform to change that for you so please change it. You are so young and surely you don't want your image to be like that." Nikki went on saying, "He used to keep explaining me again and again in spite of the fact that my behaviour has nothing to do with his life. But he used to always guide me for good. When I met him in person, he said Nikki you are not that person which you used to be in Bigg Boss. Why did you change your personality? And I told him because people didn't know me. In spite of that people liked me for what I am. So, whatever suggestions Salman Sir gave me, I applied that in the last eight months and I have seen that change also. Because of him a lot of things did change in my life no doubt," concluded Nikki.
