Nupur Alankar Faces Financial Crunch; Renuka Shahane Posts Plea For Monetary Help: ‘Her Mother Needs Hospitalization’
Renuka Shahane posted a plea on social media, urging fans to financially help TV actor Nupur Alankar, who is facing financial problems and has to take care of her ailing mother
Television actor Nupur Alankar, who has been a part of many shows such as Phulwa, Agle Janam Mohe Bitya Hi Kijo, Swaragini, Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon?...Ek Baar Phir, is going through a difficult time. It was in October last year that it was reported that she was facing a major financial crisis after Punjab and Maharashtra Co-Operative (PMC) bank’s collapse. Now, the actress is in urgent need of funds, and her friend Renuka Shahane has posted a plea for monetary help on behalf of Nupur.
In her post, Renuka Shahane shared Nupur Alankar’s bank details and urging everyone to donate and help. She shared that Nupur has to take care of her ailing mother, who needs hospitalization. In her Facebook post, Renuka wrote, “A very dear actress friend of mine, Nupur Alankar has been facing a lot of financial problems due to all her money unfortunately being stuck in the PMC bank which crashed leaving their customers in the lurch. Nupur has been taking care of her ailing mother with whatever income she was generating through acting & practicing alternate therapy. Due to the lockdown that work has stopped. Her mother needs hospitalization which is going to cost a lot.”
Renuka Shahane further wrote that Nupur wouldn’t ask for help, unless it was really urgent. “I am sharing her mother's account details. Do donate whatever you can to help. Trust me when I say that Nupur is the last person who would ask for help unless she was pushed to the brink. Thank you ,” wrote Renuka.
Nupur Alankar thanked her friend and commented, “Thanks is too less to Express how I feel about u replying every message with such dedication Renuka Shahane.
