Paras Kalnawat is reportedly unhappy with his character Rajveer in the show Kundali Bhagya
Shraddha Arya starrer Kundali Bhagya has been a fan-favourite ever since the day it was released on Zee TV. Her chemistry with Dheeraj Dhoopar, who essayed the role of Karan, Preeta’s love interest, was loved by the fans. However, he was then replaced by Shakti Arora after a leap was announced. The actor also quit the show paving way for Shakti Anand, who now essays the role of Karan, after the generational leap was announced. This led to Paras Kalnawat, Sana Sayyad, and Baseer Ali being introduced as the new generation of the show. Just over a year, after the leap took place, it is now reported that the new actors will be bidding adieu to the show.
As reported by News18, the makers of Kundali Bhagya are planning to take another generational leap since the show has been garnering low TRP ratings. Quoting a report by Filmibeat, the media publication stated that Paras, Sana, Baseer, and Shraddha won’t be a part of the show after the generational leap takes place. It is to be noted that earlier, it was heavily reported that Sayyad will be exiting the show due to her first pregnancy and the male leads have been unhappy with their characters.
Taking to his official Instagram handle, Paras, who earlier quit Anupamaa due to management issues, reacted to rumours. Sharing a photo of his character on his Instagram stories, he dismissed the rumours and stated that Rajveer would be a part of the show for a long time. Quoted by News18, he wrote, “Don’t believe the rumours! I’m not leaving the show! Rajveer will continue to reside in your hearts!” While the rest of the actors have yet to react to the rumours, the fans are waiting for the makers to dismiss the speculations.

Paras Kalnawat has never shied away from taking about his bad experiences on the sets of Anupamaa. In one of the earlier interviews with Hindustan Times, he expressed how he spoke to his co-stars after they refused claims that 80% of the cast wanted to leave the show because of the chaotic environment. He revealed how it hurt him that they dismissed his experience. He went on to explain how he spoke to them about their statements and even sent them proofs, like screenshots of the messages, of his claims. For the unversed, he quit the show and then participated in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. He was soon roped in to play the character of Rajveer in Kundali Bhagya.
