'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' has witnessed an array of emotions-love, hate, insecurity, and jealousy in the current track. In the latest episode, we saw that Abhimanyu is left heartbroken after he hears Akshara rejecting his love. During her course of conversation with Aarohi and Kairav, she stated that she has moved on and that she and Abhimanyu have no future together. In the upcoming episode, Dr. Abhi decides to get married to Aarohi and visits Goenka's house for the marriage proposal.
Abhimanyu asks Aarohi if she wants to marry him and she agrees. Later, he meets Akshara at an NGO and tells her that he is getting married and that and she should prepare a dance for it. He then sings a song, making her realize that the girl he is getting married to is Aarohi. On the other hand, Aarohi tells her family that Abhimanyu has asked her for marriage and she has said yes. Hearing this, Manish gets angry and says he won't agree to it. He reminds her of how the Birlas treated them but Aarohi remains adamant about her decision.
