TV actress Shweta Tiwari’s daughter Palak Tiwari has made her Bollywood debut with Salman Khan starrer ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan.’ In a new interview, she revealed her mom’s reaction to her debut film and stated she is still processing it. Palak mentioned that her mom Shweta’s appreciation might come after this film or after three to four films. She also pointed out that she is not a conventional star kid, neither she is exactly a star kid, nor a common person.
Speaking to PTI, the Bijlee Bijlee girl when asked about her mom’s reaction to her debut film, stated, "She hasn't reacted yet, she's still processing it. Her appreciation might come after this film or after three to four films.” Palak also added, “I'm not a conventional star kid. Neither am I exactly a star kid, nor am I a common person. The benefit was that I got recognised from the get-go. It wasn't like I was getting a lot of offers. (But) I do consider myself privileged. This new mould I'm making for myself – it's like a hybrid. Nobody has been in this position before. Earlier, Palak in an interview had mentioned that she is more obsessed with her mother Shweta and called it ‘ek tarfa pyaar.’ She said she can call her mom 30 times a day and sometimes Shweta ignores her calls.
In ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’, Palak was paired opposite Punjabi actor-singer Jassie Gill and their chemistry was noteworthy. Palak Tiwari shot to fame with Harrdy Sandhu’s music video ‘Bijlee Bijlee.’
