Paras Chhabra On BREAK-UP With Mahira Sharma: ‘We Have Not Been Talking To Each Other; I’m Shocked, Don’t Know Why She Unfollowed Me’
Paras Chhabra breaks silence on his break-up reports with Mahira Sharma and even speaks about the actress unfollowing him on Instagram!
Bigg Boss 13 couple Paras Chhabra and Mahira Sharma recently made headlines after it was reported they have parted ways after dating for three years. Mahira has even unfollow the actor on Instagram and deleted all their pictures. Now, Paras has broken his silence on their break-up reports and stated its been more than a week since they are not on talking terms due to fight over petty issues. The actor even mentioned that he is equally shocked as to why Mahira unfollowed him.
Speaking with Times of India, the MTV Splitsvilla 5 winner said his phone has been constantly buzzing since morning with messages and calls. When asked about Sharma deleting all their pictures from Insta, Chhabra asserted, “I am equally puzzled and shocked by the news. I don't know why Mahira unfollowed me or deleted our pictures from her social media account. I shifted to Mumbai on April 1 and Mahira shifted on March 15. Since then I have been pretty busy and unpacking my stuff and arranging things here. My mom too has come here to stay with me while Mahira is staying with her mom. We both had been extremely busy managing stuff in Mumbai as it is almost after three years that we will be living here.” ALSO READ: OMG! Speaking about their breakup, he said, “Yes, we have not been talking to each other after a fight over petty issues for more than a week. But aisi fights toh hamari hamesha hoti rahi hain, even when we were inside the Bigg Boss house. I never thought that it will lead to a breakup.” Adding to this, he explained that he and Mahira have never said that they lovers, they have always maintained that they are more than good friends.
“Agar uppar waale ne chaha toh hum shaadi karengey but hamein ek doosre ko bandhna nahi tha relationship mein kisi tag se. In a fit of anger, I too have unfollowed her on Instagram but once things settle down I will definitely call her and clear the air. I am sure if we meet each other at a public place we will laugh out loud over this bachkani harkat. So, whatever this is I am assuming this is just temporary. Plus, this appears to be more of a PR-driven activity for her than anything else,” Paras further added.
A close friend of Mahira had revealed to Hindustan Times that the actress decided to call off their relationship after a prolonged series of fights between them. The insider added that she is currenly “extremely hurt”.
For the unversed, Paras and Mahira met on Salman Khan-hosted reality show Bigg Boss 13 where they came closer. During his stint inside the house, he was in relationship with Akanksha Puri but later after the show he parted ways from her. After coming out of BB house, Paras and Mahira were inseparable and reportedly they were dating.
