Puja Banerjee-Kunal Verma's Wedding Delayed Due To COVID-19? Actress Says, 'Giving It A Second Thought'- EXCLUSIVE
Coronavirus scare has thrown a spanner in the works of many people. Not just businesses, but people's personal lives and commitments are highly affected by it. A lot of Bollywood weddings have been delayed, and now we hear that TV couple- Puja Banerjee and Kunal Verma's April 15 wedding is on the verge of being postponed too
The recent pandemic, COVID-19, which has claimed many lives globally, has not only impacted our day to day life but also a number of future events as well. Recently, we reported to you that considering the current crisis in world, Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan has called off his marriage plans in May and shifted it to Dec 2020.
Now, you may recall, a few weeks back, we told you that Puja Banerjee and Kunal Verma will tie the knot on April 15. Sadly, we hear that the couple has almost called off the wedding, due to the Coronovirus spread.
After nine long years of relationship, Puja and Kunal got engaged in 2017 in a grand ceremony in Mumbai and now the couple was set to tie knot next month (April 15). However, it is most likely that they will be postponing the wedding to a later month.
A source closed to them have revealed to us that the couple is tensed about the situation. Their marriage ceremonies were supposed to start in first half of April but looking at the current situation they have kept all the arrangements on hold.
We did get in touch with the couple who told us they have not taken any decision yet. Replying to our text message, Kunal Verma told us, "For now we are just praying sab theek ho jaaye and will decide on anything after March 31". Where as Puja mentioned, "We are giving it a second thought."
Well, we also pray that things get settled soonest and the couple gets married in a healthy atmosphere.
