The festival of lights is here and unlike everyone else, actors too are keen to celebrate their festivities in their hometown with their families. RadhaKrishn fame Sumedh, who is currently shooting for his show, will have to give up on traveling to his hometown, this year. Diwali is a time where spending quality time with family and loved ones is a given along with binge eating the yummy sweets and homemade delicacies.

When we spoke to Sumedh about his Diwali plans this year, he shared, "Every year on Diwali we organize pooja and invite our close family and friends for the festivities in Pune. Diwali for me is the best time of the year with traditional homemade faral (Diwali special sweets and snacks), lots of lights and diyas and togetherness. With the ongoing trying times and travel restrictions, I will avoid traveling to my hometown this year but that won't stop me from enjoying the festivities. He further added, “This year my mom and grandmom traveled to visit me on the sets of our show and spend Diwali here with me. I am elated to spend Diwali with them but I will surely miss the fun I have in my home town.
