Comedian Rajeev Nigam, who has entertained fans with his jokes and unique sense of humour lost his son Devraj Nigam recently. He is heartbroken as Devraj is no more. The actor penned a heart-wrenching post on social media, informing fans that his son passed away, at a young age. Nigam’s son Devraj died on November 8, 2020. The actor shared a picture with Devraj and made an emotional post. Rajeev Nigam is known for his acting work in Har Shaakh Pe Ullu Baithaa Hai.

On Facebook, Rajeev Nigam shared the picture with his late son Devraj. And wrote, “What a surprise birthday gift... mera beta devraj aaj mujhe chod ke chala gaya.. bina birthday cake kaate... pagle aisa gift koi deta hai (My son Devraj left for his heavenly abode, without cutting my birthday cake. Who gives such a gift?)."

The actor shared the picture of his late son Devraj and said in his emotional post that he has received a Birthday gift. As the comedian celebrated his Birthday recently, Nigam said that his son Devraj left him for his heavenly abode, even before cutting the cake with his father. Rajeev Nigam then asked who gives such a gift to a father on his Birthday, and added, “pagle aisa gift koi deta hai.” Through the post, Nigam expressed his grief and it will surely leave anyone teary-eyed. Meanwhile, in May 2018, Rajeev Nigam had shared some information regarding his son Devraj’s health. The comedian revealed through a post that his beloved son is on the ventilator. While Nigam did not reveal any detailed information on the topic, it was in August 2020 that he lost his father.
