the role of Baba Ramdev in his biopic to be featured on Discovery’s upcoming
Hindi General Entertainment Channel (GEC) in India.

You may recall, earlier this year, Discovery
Communications announced its plan to roll out Discovery JEET, a new
entertainment channel across India in the first quarter of 2018.
The biopic titled Swami Baba Ramdev: The Untold Story is
touted to be a 65-episode
scripted biopic series which will trace the Baba Ramdev's inspirational
journey from a life of anonymity to national icon, international cult figure
and now a business mogul.
Mohit Raina In A Rugged Look
The series is being produced under the banner of Contiloe
Productions, which was also the production house behind Mohit Raina’s last show
Ashoka.
Interestingly, a source informs us that Abhimanyu Singh
and his wife Rupali, who are close friends of Mohit’s girlfriend Mouni Roy, are
playing vital roles in this project.
Meanwhile, Saragarhi – India’s Bravest Day, Gabru: The
Birth of Hip Hop and Gangs of Mumbai are some of the other shows that will be
aired on the channel.
