Sana Sheikh: It Was Wrong On Namik’s Part To Insult My Husband

So the news of Sana Amin Sheikh’s husband Aijaz Sheikh leaving the popular TV show Ek Duje Ke Vaaste (Sony) has had a new twist. As you know a major showdown happened on the sets of this serial when its lead actor Namik Paul got into a heated argument with the director of the show Aijaz Sheikh (Sana Sheikh’s husband) post which Aijaz left the show!
Sana who plays Aradhya in Krishnadasi (aired on Colors) is extremely hurt and the actress took to Twitter to express her displeasure. She posted a message saying:
It so happened that Namik Paul and Aijaz Sheikh got into a heated exchange of words while shooting for a scene and things got so worse that Aijaz didn't even wait for the shoot to wind up and stormed off. Namik reportedly questioned Aijaz’s knowledge as a director as he is quite young.
SpotboyE.com spoke to Sana to know more about the controversy.
Said Sana, “I don’t want to comment on what is essentially a fight between two men. We (she and her husband) normally don’t get into each other’s professional space. But since you insist, I shall tell you."

"I got a bit upset when Namik in front of the entire unit said- What work does a director do! Even the block is made by the cameraman. It was indeed wrong on Namik’s part to talk like this about his director who is the captain of the ship. It does not matter if the director is old or young. In my 8-year old long career, I have never seen any actor misbehave with the director. Even veterans give full respect to the directors by addressing them as ‘Sir’. You can’t tell a director how to do his job.”
Sana further added that Namik’s fans are attacking her on Twitter and questioning why she is supporting her husband. To which Sana replied: What is wrong in supporting my husband especially when he is right.
In closing, she adds, “My husband and I have nothing against Namik. In fact, even after leaving the show Aijaz said that Namik is a good actor. Namik needs to understand that a director always pushes his actor to up the game.”
Sana is an Indian actress and radio jockey. She is best known for her lead role as Ritu Shah in Kya Mast Hai Life, as Suman in Jeet Jayenge Hum, as Lajjo in Gustakh Dil and as Reet in Mera Naam Karegi Roshan.
She works as a radio jockey on the Radio Mirchi show Khubsurut Sana Ke Sath as well.
