Sayantani Ghosh Mourns The Death Of Her Grandmother; The Naagin 4 Actress Regrets Not Being Able To Meet Her
Mourning the sad demise of her beloved grandmother, TV actress Sayantani Ghosh shared a string of pictures with her grandmom and penned down a long caption. Through the post, Ghosh expressed her regrets as she couldn’t meet her grandmother in person due to the lockdown
Amidst the lockdown, TV actress Sayantani Ghosh is mourning the sad demise of her beloved grandmother. The Naagin 4 actress took to her social media to share a string of pictures with her grand mom and penned down a long caption expressing her emotions. Through the post, Ghosh expressed that she regrets the fact that she couldn’t meet her grandmother in person as she breathed her last due to the imposed Coronavirus lockdown in the country and also remembered the moments spent with her.
On Instagram, Sayantani Ghosh penned down a long caption and shared how she was the closest to her grandmom. The actress wrote, “I feel numb now that you are gone mamama.... till date would always say my dida is still there with us... in a moment everything changed n I can never say this now ...though saw a glimpse of u this afternoon through a video call ,my only regret I could not see u in person for the last time n say bye to u..touch ur feet n seek ur blessings !!!” Through the post, the actress mentioned how she feels numb that her grandmother has left for her heavenly abode. She shared that she saw a glimpse of her through the video call, but regrets not seeing her in person, to bid adieu and seek blessing for the last time.
The Naagin 4 actress added, “I so wish I traveled to Kolkata in March and not get stuck because of the lockdown ...sesh baarer moton dekhte parlaam na........” She wished that she had travelled to Kolkata to meet with her grandmom in March and shared how the last meet was not possible due to the lockdown. Sayantani also shared that her grandmother did a lot for her children, grandchildren and the entire family and thanked her for her countless efforts and selfless love. Finally, Ghosh concluded writing, “Wherever u are may u be at peace !! Will love you always ,and gratitude for everything that u have done for us !!! Meanwhile, in the post, Sayantani also shared memories of her grandmom making the ‘kuler acchar’ a pickle and remembered the time when her grandmother took care of her while she suffered from measles, chickenpox or her early days of stomach cramps. The actress also mentioned the time when he grand mom sat right beside her to comfort her while she was recovering from Chickenpox and was stuck in a room for days. As the Naagin 4 actress shared the grieving post, TV actress Debina Bonnerjee also offered her condolences to Sayantani’s family.
