Shaheer Sheikh Meets His Mahabharat Co-Star Ashnoor Kaur After 10 Years, She Reveals Why They Did Not Meet For A Decade
Patiala Babes actress Ashnoor Kaur revealed why she did not meet her Mahabharat co-star Shaheer Sheikh for 10 years
Like they say few bonds continue to stay strong irrespective of the time period, actress Ashnoor Kaur, who stepped into the acting world at a very early age, shares a strong bond with TV heart throb Shaheer Sheikh. The two were seen in mythological drama series Mahabharat which saw Shaheer in the role of Arjun, while Ashnoor played the young Dushala. While the duo was shooting for this show, several pictures of them had gone viral which saw young Ashnoor with Shaheer.
In conversation with TellyChakkar the actress spilled the beans about meeting Shaheer almost after 10 years, due to their work commitment which kept them busy. Terming her moment when she met him quite an emotional one, during her interaction with the portal she addressed Shaheer as bhaiya, she said, “It was an emotional moment for me and Shaheer bhaiya.”Adding further she shared they did not meet after Mahabharat was wrapped up, “After that, we weren't in touch because of our work commitments,” added Ashnoor.
They met after 10 years, when she was shooting for Patiala Babes and Shaheer was shooting for Dastaan-E-Ishq - Salim Anarkali, shedding light on it she said, “We were shooting in the same compound where I was shooting for Patiala Babes and he was there for Dastaan-E-Ishq - Salim Anarkali. Sonarika Bhadoria was also there and she told me that Shaheer is also there.”
Both were overwhelmed to meet each other after so many years, Ashnoor shared Shaheer coming to her vanity room and also chatting with her mother. “We were extremely overwhelmed to see each other as we hadn't even spoken to each other in 10 years. He came to my vanity room and also chatted with my mother and had some fun time. It was quite an emotional moment for both of us,” said Ashnoor.
