Shireen Mirza Ties The Knot With Delhi Based IT Professional Hasan Sartaj In A Traditional Nikah Ceremony
The Yeh Mohabattein Hai actress Shireen Mirza tied the knot with Hasan Sartaj in Jaipur in presence of her family and a few close friends from the industry
Actress Shireen Mirza tied the knot with Delhi based IT professional Hasan Sartaj on October 24, 2021, in a traditional Nikah ceremony. The couple tied the knot in the actress’ hometown Jaipur. She looked gorgeous in a red lehenga, while her husband Hasan donned a traditional outfit, that complimented her. As reported in ETimes TV, her father Mirza Iqtedar Baig was emotional on this occasion. He shared that though he is happy that his daughter is married now, the thought of her leaving the house has left him sad.
He said, “I feel happy as well emotional at the moment. My little girl is married now and this makes me elated. But the thought that she will now leave home is making me very sad. Mere ghar ki raunak ab kisi aur ghar ki raunak ho gayi hai.” Shireen shared she still feels her wedding is like a dream, as everything happened faster than it was imagined. Being grateful that she married her best friend, she adds he has all the qualities she needed in her Mr. Right.
Shireen shared, “Finally it has happened! And it still feels like a dream. Sab kuch itni jaldi ho jayega maine socha bhi nahi tha. I’m getting married to my best friend Hasan and I am grateful that he's everything I wanted in my Mr Right.”
Her wedding was attended by Krishna Mukherjee, Aly Goni and Saba in Jaipur; the actress had a blast on her sangeet and Mehendi ceremonies. Seen attending her pre-wedding festivities was Yeh Hain Mohabbatein cast.
Sangeet-Mehendi ceremony venue was decked up in flowers as per the bride’s choice, she made an entry grooving on Bollywood dance number. She was seen in a yellow lehenga, styling her look with floral jewellery for her Haldi ceremony.
The Nikaah which was held at a hotel in Jaipur reverberated with applause as the couple said, ‘qubool hai’ on their big day.
