Shivangi Joshi, who is currently seen playing character of  Naira on Star Plus Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, may not be seen on the show anymore. Shivangi who has been loved by her fans as Naira, might have to say goodbye to them soon.

This is the latest buzz we are hearing in the telly town that Shivangi's journey in the show is coming to an end.

A reliable source informs SpotboyE.com that makers of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai have a different plan for the show post lockdown. According to their new storyline, a new actress will mark an entry in the show and slowly  equation between her and Kartik (Mohsin Khan) will be built. Post which, Shivangi's character of Naira will gradually get sidetracked.

This creative decision has been made to introduce a new story line.

We contacted Shivangi Joshi to know her side but after reading our messages, she chose to not comment. We also messaged producer Rajan Shahi but didn't recieve any response till the time of going online.

Shivangi joined the show in 2016 as daugther of  Akshara (Hina Khan) and Naitik (Karan Mehra). However, after her entry Hina who was playing Akshara for long 8 years quit the show as she found her character monotonus. And the story completely focused on Naira and Kartik's love story and recieved a huge response. It will be interesting to see how the makers deal with Shivangi's absence from the show and introduce a new character.
