Dancer-actor Rakhi Sawant has been making headlines since she confirmed her wedding with boyfriend Adil Khan Durrani. The couple tied the knot last year in a close-knit ceremony and shared their wedding pictures on social media. Rumour had it that Rakhi was pregnant with her first child. Even though she mentioned the same on Bigg Boss Marathi show but nobody took her seriously. Now, it is being reported that Sawant was expecting her first child, however, she had a miscarriage.

The popular celebrity photographer Viral Bhayani took to his Instagram handle to inform Rakhi suffered a miscarriage and revealed that she had a telephone conversation with Rakhi. Sharing her photo, the photographer wrote, “#rakhiswant has always made us laugh and we always take her lightly. Sadly, the lady has been going through a lot of pain lately. Nevertheless she is the one who cries in the rain. Amidst her mom's health issue and personal life issues comes this bad news. Yes bhai I was pregnant and I had announced the same on Bigg Boss Marathi show. But everyone thought it was a joke and did not take it very seriously," Rakhi told me over phone. While speaking with ANI, Rakhi stayed mum on her pregnancy rumours and said “no comments.”

Rakhi and Adil tied the knot in May 2022 in a Nikah ceremony followed by a court wedding. It was reported that the actress changed her name to Fatima after the wedding but Rakhi is yet to confirm the same. After days of denying it, Adil recently confirmed their wedding via an Instagram post and mentioned that his family will take some time to accept Rakhi.
