The television industry is in a state of shock as the news of veteran actress Veena Kapoor’s brutal murder is doing the rounds of the internet. It is being reported that her younger son, Sachin Kapoor, in a fit of rage killed his mother by hitting her over the head with a baseball bat. Actress Nilu Kohli through a social media post has revealed shocking details about the murder.
If reports are to be believed the 74-year-old actress was killed over a property dispute. After committing the crime, Sachin along with the househelp dumped her body in a river near the Matheran in Raigad district. Reports from DNA state that he wanted to grab a 12 crore plot from his mother. Reposting the news on her Instagram account, Nilu wrote, "Veenaji you deserved better.I am heartbroken,posting this for you.Kya bolun?Am at a total loss of wordsI hope you are finally resting in peace after soo many years of struggle."
It is being alleged that she immediately passed away after being hit on head. Her son and the servernt who helped him have been arrested to the same. The accused has confessed to his crimes and revealed that he was triggered during their argument and hit her on the head multiple times with a baseball bat. While an official statement from the cops is awaited, it is being said that the late actress’ US-based son, after growing suspicious had alerted Juhu police, who then arrested the younger son.
