Shweta Tiwari Gets Relief From Court After Latest Proceedings In FIR Filed By Estranged Husband Abhinav Kohli-REPORT

Television actors Shweta Tiwari and her estranged husband Abhinav Kohli have been hitting headlines for some time now. It was only recently when Shweta had travelled to Cape Town for work, videos of Abhinav Kohli made rounds on the internet. Reportedly, an FIR was registered against Tiwari and it was alleged that she had fled the country in violation of the proceedings pending before the court. According to a new report, the actress has got relief from the court in the FIR filed by Kohli.
IndiaForums reported that a source said that there is an FIR filed against Shweta Tiwari in the year 2021 for the alleged offence committed in 2017. As per the report, the source said, “It is correct that an FIR is filed in the year 2021 for the alleged offence committed in 2017 which pertains to forging of a NOC of Abhinav Kohli permitting their minor son to apply for a visa for traveling to the UK. The source further says that as per Abhinav, his signature on The NOC was forged by Shweta which seems rather odd as in the same year Abhinav has gone ahead and given another NOC for the purpose of securing visa for their son to travel to the same country.”
According to the report, the source further added that if Kohli’s signature was forged by Shweta, why would he share the same NOC with her at the subsequent date for travel to the similar mentioned country. In the report, the source also questioned that if the alleged forging was committed by Shweta back in 2017, why did Kohli wait until 2021 to take the required action. Moving on, the source in the report mentioned that the honourable sessions court has granted anticipatory bail to Tiwari in the FIR registered against her.
Meanwhile, the feud between Shweta Tiwari and Abhinav Kohli has been going on for some time now. In May this year, Shweta had shared a video of Abhinav grabbing their son Reyansh away from her. She later shared a video of how the little one was petrified after the incident. Post that, Abhinav had shared a string of videos from his end and clarified his stance.
