On August 11, SpotboyE.com broke the news of Shweta filing a case against her second husband, accusing him of molesting his step-daughter. She filed a case in Samata Nagar police station in Mumbai and the accused was sent to police custody till August 13. But now the actor is out from the custody as Borivali court has granted him bail.
The actor was booked under sections 354-A, 323, 504, 506, 509 IPC. Abhinav Kohli, 38 yrs was abusing in filthy language to her daughter Palak. And he has been outraging modesty of her daughter by throwing obscene comments and showing obsence model's photos in his mobile since October 2017.
