Shweta Tiwari To Make A Comeback On TV After 3 Years, Will Be Romancing Varun Badola In Mere Dad Ki Dulhan
Shweta Tiwari became a household name after portraying the lead role of Prerna in Ekta Kapoor's top-rated show, Kasautii Zindagii Kay. The actress was last seen in Begusarai and since then she has been missing from action. But now after more than three years, we will be seeing her on TV, AGAIN!   According to latest reports, Shweta Tiwari is all set to make a comeback in Sony Tv's new show, Mere Dad Ki Dulhan where she will be romancing Varun Badola onscreen. 

According to ABP, "Shweta will return to the daily TV grind with DJ’s – A Creative Unit’s upcoming show titled Mere Dad Ki Dulhan." Talking about the show, Mere Dad Ki Dulhan will revolve around the bond between a father & her daughter. After realising loneliness in her father's life, the daughter will find a partner for him. Speaking about Shweta Tiwari playing the female lead in the show, a source told IWMBuzz, "Shweta is apt for the role given her oodles of experience in playing mature characters." However, both the parties- the actress and the makers are yet to confirm the same.


Meanwhile, The Kasautii Zindagii Kay actress had filed a police complaint against her second husband Abhinav Kohli, whom she accused of domestic violence. Further, it was revealed that Shweta’s daughter Palak, too, was a victim of his violent behaviour and would often come across his filthy remarks. 


However, his second husband in behind the bars and the mother-daughter duo are living a peaceful life, leaving all the controversy behind.
