Siddharth Nigam earned praises for his performance in Dhoom 3, but he chose to shift gears and moved to TV. While speaking with SpotboyE, the actor reveals why he didn't continue doing films, however adds that now, he is looking for something worthwhile to bounce back on the big screen.

Actor Siddharth Nigam who is currently seen on Aladdin- Naam Toh Suna Hoga started his career with Aditya Chopra's Dhoom 3 starring Aamir Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Uday Chopra and Katrina Kaif. His role of Saahir (Young Aamir Khan) received a lot of appreciation. However, after that he moved to Television in 2014 and played some interesting roles on the small screen. Now talking to us exclusively, Siddharth revealed what made him move to TV and also shared his plans of getting back to Bollywood.


Said Siddharth, "There is an age for doing everything. After Dhoom 3, if I would have continued playing those kind of roles in films, then meri category ban jaati child artiste ki jo main nahi chahta tha. And that's why I didn't play any younger role. But now I am waiting for some good offers to return to the big screen.”

When asked what kind of roles he is looking at, Siddharth stated, "I can't demand any role right now. I am open to do any good role. But definitely, I would like to do a film which has lot of action like John Abraham and Akshay Kumar do. As that's not only my favourite genre but I feel I will be able to do justice to it".


He added, "I really want to work with Tiger Shroff. I think we are very similar when it comes to action and dance. It would be a great collaboration".
Talking about Siddharth's work, so far, he has done shows like Maha Kumbh: Ek Rahasaya, Ek Kahani, Chakravartin Ashok Samrat, Peshwa Bajirao, Chandra Nandini and Jhalak Dikhlaja 9.
