It's been a few weeks since actor Sidharth Shukla left for his heavenly abode. The entire country was shaken by the news of his death. Celebs and his fans were heartbroken. He breathed his last on September 2 after reportedly suffering from a heart attack. The actor last made his appearance on Bigg Boss OTT and Dance Deewane 3 along with his lady love, actress Shehnaaz Gill. Bigg Boss OTT is over and the contestants are now out of the house. Divya Agarwal, Shamita Shetty, Pratik Sehajpal and others expressed their shock over Sidharth's death and paid tribute to him on social media, as soon as they got to know about his demise.
Bigg Boss OTT winner Divya Agarwal said that she misses him and was expecting to meet him after the show. The actress said, "I was actually waiting for his approval, once I come out. Ho sakta hai Sidharth muje bole, 'Very well played'." She further stated that she hopes he is proud of her. Taking to Instagram, Neha Bhasin shared a picture of Sidharth along with Shehnaaz and wrote, "Found out about this heartbreaking news and it just felt like yesterday when I had seen Sidharth and Shehnaaz together in the Bigg Boss house. The first time I saw him, I found him very handsome and their chemistry was something to adore. My heart goes out for Sidharth's family and for Shehnaaz. Power and strength to his family and close ones. #ripsidharthshukla #sidnaazforever."
During an 'Ask Me Anything' session on Instagram, Shamita Shetty's fan asked her about the late actor. The actress wrote, "Words fail me! This news came as such a shock that it took some time to sink in. Such a sweet and charming guy, gone too soon. My heart goes out to his family and Shehnaaz. May God bless his soul and give strength to his family in this difficult time. Makes one realise how unpredictable life is. Cherish each day #SidharthShukla #forever."
Pratik Sehajpal penned a note after he learnt about Sidharth's sudden demise. He wrote, "Got to know very late as was in the show. He inspires me so much because what a strong and hardworking man he is. Somewhere I always had him in the back of my head when I was in the show. As much as I got to know him, He is a great man! HE STILL IS. Strong souls live forever. #foreversidharthshukla."
Speaking to ETimes, Akshara Singh said that she was shocked to know about Sidharth's death. She further stated that his demise is very painful and she went numb when she first heard the news. She also said that the actor took Bigg Boss to another level and nobody will ever be able to understand Shehnaaz Gill's pain.
Sidharth Shukla was cremated on September 3 in presence of his family, friends and Shehnaaz.
