The sudden and untimely death of popular actor Sidharth Shukla left the entire film industry shocked and heartbroken. While everyone is struggling to come to terms with his tragic demise, heartfelt tributes continue to pour in from his fans and friends from the industry. All those who attended Sidharth’s last rites revealed that his girlfriend Shehnaaz Gill is in complete shock and denial. Now, Abhinav Shukla has reacted to Shehnaaz’s inconsolable condition at the actor’s funeral.
While speaking with SpotboyE.com, Abhinav revealed that he and his wife Rubina Dilaik met Shehnaaz’s mother. He also mentioned that she is coping well. He shared, “I pray and wish all the strength to Shehnaaz Gill and Sidharth Shukla’s family. I and Rubina met her mother and she is coping well. I pray that god assuages their anguish.”
Abhinav Shukla had earlier told us that he and Sidharth had started their careers together with Gladrags Manhunt and Megamodel Contest in 2004 and they both shared the same passion for bikes. “Well we started our careers together, worked on a show Babul Ka Aangan. We always had a quirky and unusual sense of humour! He was witty a go-getter! We shared the same passion for bikes (motorcycle). His death is untimely and leaves us all heartbroken! Prayers are with the family,” the actor had said.
Abhinav Shukla got to know Sidharth Shukla better on the reality show ‘Bigg Boss 14’, where he was one of the Toofani Seniors. The late actor mentored Abhinav along with other contestants.
For the uninitiated, Sidharth Shukla died due to a heart attack on September 2. According to a hospital official, the actor was dead when he was brought to Mumbai's Cooper Hospital on Thursday morning. The actor was laid to rest on Friday in the presence of his family, friends, and lady love Shehnaaz Gill.
