Sidharth Shukla’s Last Rites: Sambhavna Seth Says Shehnaaz Gill Sat At His Feet And Kept Saying, ‘Sidharth Mera Bachcha’

The heartbreaking news of Sidharth Shukla's sudden death is yet to sink in. The actor passed away on September 2, 2021, due to a heart attack and was cremated today at Oshiwara crematorium. After the actor’s corpse was brought home from the Cooper hospital, actress Shehnaaz Gill was seen running towards the ambulance as she was inconsolable. She was crying out his name. While many celebs paid their last respect to the actor at his residence, few also attended his funeral.
TV actress Sambhavna Seth in conversation with ETimes TV narrated a heartbreaking visual she witnessed at Sidharth’s funeral. She said Shehnaaz could not stop crying and sat at Sidharth’s feet. Shehnaaz also took part in the last rituals performed by the actor’s family. She said, “Before the body was put on the platform for the pyre to be lit, it was kept for some time for everyone to pay their last respects. At this moment, Shehnaaz sat down at Sidharth's feet. Post that, she even took part in the rituals.”
Sambhavna added that as Shehnaaz wept, she constantly kept saying, “Sidharth mera bachcha."
