Sidharth Shukla's sudden demise left everyone heartbroken. The late actor shared a great bond with his mother, Rita Shukla. After Sidharth's demise, his fans prayed for her and they continue to send messages of love and comfort to her on social media. Today, she turns a year older. Ahead of her special day, on February 7, Rita visited the Brahmakumaris' Lokhandwala centre in Andheri. She was seen in a white salwar suit and was all smiles as she interacted with the children.

In the photos going viral on social media, Rita can be seen lighting candles, cutting cake with the Brahmakumari sisters. She also read hand-made cards by the children.

Fans soon flooded social media with messages to shower love on her. Fans called her 'strongest sherni', 'strongest woman' and more. A fan on Twitter wrote, "Sabse strong woman. Sidharth died in September last year at the age of 40. He last appeared on reality shows like 'Bigg Boss OTT' and 'Dance Deewane 3' with Shehnaaz Gill.
