The Dil Se Dil Tak actor, in a conversation with India Today Television, revealed that he has never been on TikTok and didn't like watching videos out there. He further lauded the government on putting an official ban on 59 Chinese applications.

Sidharth Shukla said, "I have never been on TikTok and neither do I like watching TikTok videos. I am completely with the government on their decision to ban Chinese apps." Sidharth continued how this has opened gates for all the Indian companies to invent their own applications and provide the same kind of entertainment to all the citizens. "Here's a chance for Indian companies to develop their own app and give the people their desired entertainment, which will help them create a good market in their own country," said the actor.
