TV actress Smriti Khanna who welcomed her baby girl with husband Gautam Gupta, hit the headlines for sporting washboard abs immediately after her delivery. Many pointed out of her abs to be fake. Smriti Khanna then gave a befitting reply to the trolls. As per reports in a leading publication, the actress has revealed her entire post-delivery phase and her plans to be fit and reduce weight in the upcoming days by following healthy meals and full dedication towards fitness.
As per reports in Times of India, the actress had received tons of DM asking about her diet and more, to which she finally answered via her video post. Shedding light on abs, she mentioned of getting those abs is not possible in 10-12 days and she also didn’t attempt to get them back immediately after her delivery. She also mentioned of her body getting back in shape naturally without any workout. “I lost fluids because of breast feeding. It will take time for my lower belly to go, otherwise I haven't put on weight on my face, arms or thighs,” she said.
She also recommended people to practice pre-natal yoga and go for walks; further revealing of opting for a normal birth as it heals faster. She captioned this post as, “My pregnancy story…”
