Having made a name for herself in the entertainment industry with her versatile performances, she finally tied the knot with her beau businessman Vikas Parashar on Sunday, February 18. In the presence of their family and friends, they got married at the Nahargarh Palace in Ranthambore, Rajasthan. Fans have taken the social media by storm as photos and videos from the wedding went viral on the internet.
In a touching video shared by a fan on X (formerly known as Twitter), the couple is seen exchanging garlands. The fun-filled ceremony swiftly turns into an emotional one, as during the varmala ceremony, Parashar is seen consoling his emotional bride. Sonarika also took to her official Instagram handle to share glimpses of her wedding. She captioned her post, “18-02-2024♥️✨पति पत्नी♥️🧿” She went on to tag everyone who helped with her hair and make-up.
For the unversed, Sonarika and Vikas got engaged in May 2022, after eight years of dating, while they were on a romantic getaway in Maldives. This was followed by a traditional roka ceremony, which was held in Goa. If reports are to be believed, the newly wedded couple will hosting a reception in Faridabad, the groom’s hometown.
On the work front, she established herself in the entertainment industry by extensively working in not only Hindi but also Telugu and Tamil cinema. Sonarika Bhadoria became a household name after she essayed the role of Goddess Parvati/Adi Shakti in the serial Devon Ke Dev... Mahadev.
