Despite maintaining secrecy initially, Surbhi officially announced her wedding last month. In a heartwarming Instagram post on Thursday (February 15), she shared a video capturing the joyful celebration, with family members participating in various rituals and dancing joyfully to the beats of dhol. "September holds a special place in both of our hearts. Our birthdays fall within the same month, just two days apart. We felt it would be even more meaningful to have our ROKA in September. We envisioned a ROKA*TION (roka + vacation) spanning three days in Goa, and it turned out to be incredibly enjoyable with the Sharmas and Chandnas, accompanied by blessings from above. We sealed the deal after 13 years on 18.09.2023," Surbhi shared in the caption along with the video.
After keeping their relationship private for almost 13 years, Surbhi and Karan officially announced their wedding on Instagram on January 15, 2024. Sharing photos with Karan, Surbhi expressed, "Adding Colours To His Life Since 13 Years. Our Forever Begins Now. #Estd2010."
