Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’s Bhavya Gandhi Aka Young Tapu Reacts To Reports Of Being Ousted Due To Unprofessional Behaviour; ‘I Don't Care’
Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah fame Bhavya Gandhi rose to fame at quite a young age, playing the character of Tapu-son of Jethalal Gada and Dayaben. The young actor quit the show some years ago, but reports surfaced that it was his unprofessional behaviour that led to his ouster. When asked in an interview whether it was his unprofessional behaviour due to which he had to leave the show, Bhavya Gandhi aka young Tapu reacted to reports and rubbished them. The actor also shared the reason behind his exit from TMKOC.

Speaking with ETimes, Bhavya Gandhi said that he is okay with what people are thinking and mentioned that he doesn’t care. The 23-year-old said, “I don't care let them say whatever they want to say. I know the truth I know I am what I am. Let people think, I don't care.” Bhavya revealed that he quit the show because he wanted to explore himself more. Talking about it further, the actor said, “At a point in Taarak, I was just doing something, which was just monotonous. I'm just doing something constantly, I was just coming there every day, doing this, doing that and then pack up, chalo ghar, and that happened for a long time. I said this is monotony and didn't know how to handle it, I had no clue. I didn't know what to do about this.”

He then continued and mentioned that his parents spoke with producer Asit Modi, the directors and others. Bhavya said that each and every person on the sets of the show were aware of his exit and mentioned that he used to also talk to everyone about what he should do. Talking about his exit, Bhavya added, “I left Taarak to explore life, to see more, to understand more and understand myself more and art more, to know more actually.”

Meanwhile, Bhavya Gandhi also mentioned that he is still in touch with his on-screen mom. He revealed that he talks to Disha Vakani aka Dayaben on video calls. Work-wise, the 23-year-old is currently working in Gujarati films.
