Actress Neha Mehta who essayed the character of Anjali Taarak Mehta on TV show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah has quit the show. SpotboyE.com was the first one to tell you that Neha has bid adieu to the show after long 12 years and is now gearing up for another project. Neha who had been associated with the show since 2008, her sudden exit from the show definitely came as a shock to the audience. And now the actress herself took her Instagram to share this news and thank the entire team along with the producer.
Neha in her post mentions, "Hello everyone, and thank you for everything. I've worked 12 amazing years at this amazing show (Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah), and I am forever thankful for the beautiful career I've had. To my amazing respected Asit Kumar Modi Ji, co-stars,tmkoc whole team, I appreciate the hard work you've done completing some of our beautiful journey. I've never had so much fun before. I am so glad to be part of this show, but I will miss the spontaneity of the work and generosity of such brilliant colleagues. Thank you again and all the best for the future. Show must go on". Meanwhile, makers have zeroed down her replacement who will step into the character of Anjali. As per media reports, TV actress Sunayana Fozdar will enter the show playing Taarak Mehta's (Shailesh Lodha) wife. Sunayana was seen in TV shows such as Laagi Tujhse Lagan, Left Right Left, Ek Rishta Saajhedaari Ka, Santaan and Belan Wali Bahu.
