One of the longest-running TV show on the Indian television platform is Neela Tele Films produced Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. Reason for the rise of fame and glory of this show, is the makers picking up relevant and relatable topics, which touch the chords of the Indian audience. Element that distinguishes this show from the rest is the manner in which the show conveys a message without being preachy at all.  With Guru Nanak Jayanti being the relevant topic now, the makers in their upcoming episode will showcase the members of the Gokuldham society coming together to celebrate the same with much pomp and grandeur.

In the upcoming episode, Sodhi will be seen organizing for kirtan programme on the show. And as the celebration is about to come to an end Sodhi realises not arranging for langar for the society members, leaving him in a fix. But like always he expresses his worry to his friends and their come several helping hands to sail through this problem. Without wasting a minute all the female leads on the show come together to cook a meal for the visitors, with Tapu Sena too lending their help and men too follow in the same. The festival was celebrated by many Sikhs across India marking the 550th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev on Tuesday; the show shall entertain the audience in their upcoming episode.


The show has been in news for the return of actress Disha Vakani who played Daya on the show, post her maternity leave. However, nothing has been confirmed yet.
