The Big Picture: Ranveer Singh Has A Dance Off With Katrina Kaif; But Faces The Risk Of Losing Out On Screen Time In Sooryavanshi-WATCH Hilarious Promos
Sooryavanshi, starring Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif in the lead, is set to be released in theatres on November 5.
This year, Diwali is going to be maha-entertaining as Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif's Sooryavanshi will hit the theatres on November 5. The Rohit Shetty directorial has been awaiting a release since March 2020. The promotions are in full swing, as Katrina and Rohit reached Ranveer Singh's show, The Big Picture to play the visual-based game. The makers have released new promos of the episode and the camaraderie among the three stars is making us excited for it.
In one of the promos, Rohit Shetty is seen instigating a dance off between Ranveer and Katrina. The two stars abide by the director, and dance to ‘Tattad Tattad’ and ‘Chikni Chameli’ while Rohit judges.
Towards the end of the promo, Ranveer Singh impresses the audience as he performs the Chikni Chameli hookstep.
Another promo of The Big Picture has Rohit Shetty struggling to answer a question. The filmmaker says, “Yaar! Yeh waala nahin aaya naa toh bahot beizzati hogi!"
Ranveer agrees, and quips, “Nahin, main maanta hoon ki bahot beizzati ho jaayega, aap ko dena padega sahi jawaab.”
The filmmaker then asks Ranveer to help him out. But he says, "Sir, mereko allowed nahin hai..."
Rohit then does the "scissor" sign and jokingly says, "Abhi release nahin huyi hai," implying he can still remove his part from the yet-to-be-released Sooryavanshi. HAHA!
For the unversed, Ranveer Singh and Rohit Shetty have earlier worked together in Simmba, wherein the former plays the titular role. Sooryavanshi, the fourth movie in Rohit's cop universe, stars Akshay Kumar in the lead. Ranveer's Simba and Ajay Devgn's Singham feature in extended cameos in the movie.
