The Kapil Sharma Show: Akshay Kumar Leaves Katrina Kaif In Shock After He Revealed He Is The Co-Producer Of Sooryavanshi; Actress Says ‘Thoda Aur Paisa Milega’
Katrina Kaif couldn’t help but asking more money after she learned that Akshay Kumar is the co-producer of their film Sooryavanshi
Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif recently appeared on the popular comedy show ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ to promote their film ‘Sooryavanshi’. Needless to say, both the actors were at their candid and witty best. Right from sharing some funny and interesting anecdotes, revealing unknown facts about each other to playing funny games, Akshay and Katrina left no stone unturned to entertain their fans and viewers. Much to fans’ delight, a new ‘uncensored’ video from the episode has been released on YouTube.
It showed Katrina was shocked to find out that Khiladi Kumar is the co-producer of Rohit Shetty’s directorial. It seemed like she was not aware of this. In the video, Katrina was seen praising Rohit Shetty for holding on to the film. She said, “Rohit sir did a lot to hold on to this film. That really I saw.” Akshay interrupted her and asked, “So Rohit sir did but I didn't?” “You also did a lot of things,” she replied.
To this, the Rowdy Rathore actor stated, “Main aadha producer hoon, meri koi baat hi nahi hai (I'm the co-producer and yet no mention about me)?” This left Katrina in shock. The actress asked Akki, “One second, you are the producer of this film?” When he confirmed it, Katrina said, “Thoda aur, thoda aur, thoda aur paisa milega (Can I get some more money)?” leaving everyone in splits.
On a related note, Sooryavanshi was released on November 5 on the occasion of Diwali. The movie has been produced by Rohit Shetty Picturez with Dharma Productions and Cape Good Films. The actioner has registered the highest opening weekend box office collection of 2021 and is flying high at Box Office, breaking all records.
