The Kapil Sharma Show: Kapil Sharma Teases Taapsee Pannu For ‘Removing’ Akshay Kumar From Movies

Taapsee Pannu is promoting her upcoming movie, Rashmi Rocket in full swing. The film’s promotional plan like always included the popular comedy show, The Kapil Sharma Show. Taapsee graced the show with her movie co-stars Abhishek Banerjee, Priyanshu Painyuli and Supriya Pathak. Host-actor Kapil Sharma did not leave a chance to poke fun at the actress. Promo shared by GEC has Kapil teasing the actress for chucking off Akshay Kumar from the movies, he is heard giving an example.
In the promo, Kapil says in Hindi, “Taapsee worked on Baby with Akshay and then did a full-blown spin-off film, removing Akshay from it. She then worked with him on Mission Mangal, in which she was building a rocket with him. Now, she is starring in Rashmi Rocket and removed Akshay yet again.” This leaving the actress and the audience in splits, while she assures he doesn’t have to worry, she says, “I won't do that with you.”
Responding to this Kapil points at Archana Puran Singh and says, “Main unki (Archana) ki baat kar raha hoon (I am talking about Archana).” Sony Television sharing the promo, wrote in the caption, “Jab @taapsee #TheKapilSharmaShow mein aayengi toh kuch ghatega nahi, balki khushi aur badhegi!” Watch the promo-
The episode will be aired this weekend, the promo assures the audience will not fall short of laughter. Makers skipping the theatrical release of the movie, have chosen to release the movie on ZEE5 on October 15, 2021. Taapsee plays a girl from a small village in India, representing India as a professional runner on the international platform.
