Sidharth Shukla’s untimely demise was a shocking event for everyone. He still trends on social media on every occasion. In his career, he has gained fame and garnered adulation. However, there were a few times when Shukla’s name was involved in controversies You might remember, the Bigg Boss 13 winner was once accused of drunk driving and beating a man. 

So, a few years ago the ‘Balika Vadhu’ actor was in the headlines about a video that had gone viral in which a man had accused the actor of beating him. Then around that time only, several reports suggested that he was drunk and driving a car. The Khatron Ke Khiladi 7 winner was known to have an angry young man image amongst the masses. And due to his straightforward nature, a lot of people thought of him to be brash and rude. As he was a known celebrity and an angry young man image people believed that the incident was true. 



Later, when the truth came out, it was found out that the reality was far from what surfaced on the internet. It was revealed that Sidharth Shukla's brother-in-law met a couple from his office and they mentioned that some goons were troubling them. So, Shukla and his brother-in-law helped the couple. They caught the goons and handed them to the police. 

However, the image of ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’ actor was damaged before the truth came out. The Dil Se Dil Tak actor blamed it on social media. He mentioned that the online space is so vast that people are ready for ‘masala’ and juicy news. 

He had even mentioned that the headlines of him being drunk were posted without even verifying with him. He was quoted saying, “It’s really sad that you have gone out to help someone and they make you out to be the wrong one," Sidharth expressed. The actor said that the portal that shared such information later put out the real truth, but the damage was done. "It leaves a bitter feeling in the heart. But I guess that’s life, so it’s okay.”
