Tujhse Hai Raabta April 29, 2019, Written Updates of Full Episode: Judge Asks Malhar and Sampada to Stay Together for Moksh Custody, Kalyani Objects
Kalyani walks in and also brings Moksh along with her in the court. She tells that Moksh can't stay without his father. Malhar got emotional. Whereas the judge asks Samapada and Malahar to stay together for the baby's sake.
Today's episode starts with Malhar in the court telling that he will not leave Atharv and everyone is lying. Judge says this is contempt of court and then Sarthak asks Malhar to calm down. Meanwhile, Atharv’s lawyer shows a video to prove that Malhar is bad. Anupriya tells Sarthak that Kalyani couldn’t be found anywhere. Malhar asks Aao Saheb where is Kalyani and also tells her that if something happens to Kalyani he won't leave her.
However, judge tells that as Malhar's second wife is not present in the court so he needs to take some decision. Kalyani walks in and also brings Moksh along with her. Anupriya aks her where was she, Kalyani says that she went to bring Moksh as he can't stay without his father. Malhar got emotional. Suddenly Aao Saheb reminds her about the deal. Kalyani tells her even you have promised me something but you have forgotten about that. Malhar starts crying.
Kalyani tells Aao Saheb that she is her blood and she has learnt to lie from her. Sampada asks Kalyani to give Moksh to her but Kalyani tells that even Moksh wants to stay with his father. Kalyani tells that she has some video proofs in which their wrongdoings can be easily proved. Anupriya tells the judge that she knows Malhar since his childhood and he never thinks of anyone’s bad. She says Malhar is a good father and if the baby is given custody to Sampada and Atharv then the baby will not get any good values.
Judge says it is clearly proved from the video in which it is proved that Malhar Rane is a good father and can take good care of Moksh. He says it is also proved that Sampada eloped with Atharv and is not a good mother. The judge asks Kalyani if Sampada took Malhar’s sign on the divorce papers forcibly? Kalyani nods her head. Judge says this means they are still married and should give a chance to each other for the baby’s sake. Kalyani objects and tells everyone that nobody can separate my son from me.
Malhar says that he can’t stay with stay. He says Kalyani is the only mother of Moksh. Sampada tells that she can’t live with Malhar Rane but for her son, she will do anything. Atharv gets upset.
Kalyani comes of the courtroom with Moksh and tells that nobody will snatch my son from me. Everyone asks her to become careful as it is an under-construction building. The big stairs are about to fall on Kalyani and Moksh, but Malhar comes and holds the stairs. Malhar takes Moksh in his hands. Kalyani starts crying.
