TV Star Namish Taneja's Four Family Members Test Positive For Coronavirus; Actor Goes Under Self-Isolation
A lot of TV and Bollywood actors are being tested positive for COVID-19. The latest one to join the list is Namish Taneja's family. 4 family members of the actor have already tested positive.
Actor Namish Taneja who recently started shooting for his Dangal TV's show Aye Mere Humsafar has gone under self-isolation. Though the actor has not tested positive for COVID-19 but four members from his family have been infected with the dangerous virus. Namish's parents, sister and one of his cousin brothers are amongst the four who have tested positive. The actor took to social media to inform his fans and followers about this unfortunate development.
Taking to his Instagram Namish wrote, "Hi All, I trust that you all are in the pink of health. Wanted to inform you all that my parents, sister and cousin brother (who is staying with us) have been tested positive for CoronaVirus. My COVID-19 report is negative and I am following strict home isolation. I thank you all in advance for your love and support, please stay safe and take care of yourself and your loved ones🙏 Love and light-Namish Taneja #NamishTaneja #CoronaVirus #Covid #Covid19". As soon as Namish posted this his friends and co-stars started pouring in their wishes. Ruslaan Mumtaz who has been in Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke recently wrote, "Brother, tc. I'm sure everyone will come out of this soon. I'm happy to know that you are not infected.. prayers for your family to recover soon". His co-star from his last show Vidya, Meera Deosthale said, "Wishing your family a speedy recovery and you too, be safe". Recently TV actress Sara Khan got tested positive for the coronavirus and while informing this actress stated, "I have taken a break from shooting for a few days since I was feeling under the weather, but I took the COVID test, it came in positive. I’m following my doctor’s medical advice religiously, and I’m hoping I get well soon. I have asymptomatic symptoms, but asymptomatic or symptomatic, once I have to maintain good hygiene and a safe distance from everyone in both cases. I’d advise everyone who came in close proximity with me to get themselves tested.”
She had also added, "I’m following home remedies because they work the best, and steam of course. COVID can happen to anyone, so it’s really important to maintain overall good health so that when it hits you, you have an immune system strong enough to fight back the virus!”
